A representative will contact you after you place your order to organise a delivery date and time to suit you. The delivery fee is calculated by the size and weight of the item/s, plus the delivery location.
Delivery does not include taking items inside, upstairs, or in lifts, item placement or removal of packaging. Our courier companies are currently not providing installation, set up, or removal of old product services. Bulk products are delivered on pallets. Therefore, it is necessary for someone to be available to accept the delivery. We suggest having an additional person to assist with the placement of your items on a safe place.
You might be required to assist the driver in carrying items from the vehicle to the ground floor door of your home or building as per the Occupational Health & Safety standards requirements. Transport companies are not obliged to deliver upstairs for OH&S reasons and also for insurance restrictions.

National deliveries are within 2 - 8 business days. We engage third party freight couriers for interstate and regional AU deliveries. Delivery times may vary for regional and remote locations that may still be a little longer than usual.
Local pick-up is available as soon as you complete your purchase. Please contact us at info@rbmclassic.com to arrange a suitable time for pick-up. Proof of payment and product purchased will be required when picking up.
