How Delivery Costs Are Calculated

We aim to make shipping simple and transparent. Delivery charges are calculated based on the following factors:

• The size and weight of the item(s)
• The delivery destination
• The quantity of items ordered
• Any special handling requirements

To obtain a shipping quote:

1. Add your desired items to the shopping cart.
2. Select your state and enter your postcode.
3. Click “Calculate Shipping Rates” during checkout to view your delivery fee.

What to Expect with Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery service includes delivery to the ground floor or the front door of your home or building. Please note the following:

• Delivery does not include unpacking, moving items indoors, navigating stairs or lifts, placement within the home, or removal of packaging materials.
• Our freight partners do not currently offer installation, assembly, or removal of old furniture.
• For bulk or palletised deliveries, someone must be present at the delivery address to accept the goods. We strongly recommend having an additional person available to assist with unloading and placement.

Due to Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) standards and courier insurance policies:

• Delivery personnel may require assistance in offloading larger items.
• Drivers are not permitted to carry items upstairs or inside the property.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary by destination and item availability. Here’s a general guide:

• Melbourne Metro: 1 to 3 business days
• Other Cities & Regional Areas: 2 to 8 business days
• Remote Locations: Delivery may take longer due to limited courier access.

We partner with reliable third-party freight carriers to ensure your items arrive safely and promptly. Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, public holidays, or access issues in some remote areas.

Local Pick-Up Option

Would you prefer to collect your order in person? You can opt for free local pick-up from our Melbourne location.

To arrange a collection:

• Contact us at info@rbmclassic.com after completing your purchase.
• Confirm a suitable pick-up time with our team.
• Please bring a copy of your order confirmation or proof of payment when collecting your item(s).

Our address is 6/146-148 High Street, Melton, Victoria 3337. Please note that we operate from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., daily, and are closed on Thursdays.
